Read this first. Every number below is an example, not a recommendation. The bands describe one build; a broader or slimmer body lands outside them. thrift.fit compares listings against the garment you measured, so your reference garment sets your numbers.

§ I — Wovens, overshirts, polos

Shirts

Shirts are easiest to compare when the garment is buttoned, flattened, and measured from stable seam points.
